This is a track card, letting you spend your weapons to gain fame 
. End your turn by spending an increasing amount of swords to cross out the boxes from left to right. You must take them in order, and only one per turn (unless you use an effect that prevents your turn from ending). The first one requires 1 weapon, the next requires 2, and so on.
When you are done with the first side of the card, it is automatically flipped over to its reverse side, and you immediately discover card 135.
