Feudal Kingdom - Card Number 27
This is a tally card where you can spend trade goods to gain benefits.
Note that your turn doesn't end when you use this effect, in contrast to the other permanent cards The Armory and The Treasury. Simply put, whenever you gain trade goods, they can be used to mark this card.
Also note that this is the primary use of trade goods. When you have spent enough trade goods here, you can use the corresponding effects between 2 rounds.
For example, if my round is over and I have spent 13 trade goods here, that would allow me to add sticker 1 or 2 or 3 to any 1 land in my kingdom. I then cross out that effect on this card and continue to work my way to the next effect. However, I don't have to use the effects right away, I can save them for a time between 2 rounds much later if that is more fitting.
Card 27 Stage 1
VERSION NOTE: Effect at 55 trade goods must be placed on a friendly card.
Effects that happen between rounds generally allow you to choose any card in your kingdom. In contrast, during the round you may generally only target cards in play, unless the effect states otherwise.
For these effects, you may choose any card in your kingdom.
SPOILER: This card lets you discover Dubbing

Passive Effect: This effect is always active, whether you want it or not.
Permanent: This card is always active and is never shuffled into the deck. It does NOT count as being "in play", though.
Card 27 Stage 4
When you use the effects to mark permanent cards, you get whatever their normal benefits give. For example, if a permanent card says you may mark it to gain 5 trade goods, you would gain those trade goods even when you use this card's effect to mark it.
The effects at 150 and 200 trade goods let you mark other permanent cards. This is not limited to track cards, but may be other permanent cards that have checkboxes to mark.
SPOILER: This card lets you discover Royal Visit and Trade Relations.
