The red arrows at the top of this card means that when you discover it, you must choose which of its 2 sides should be face up (the serial number must be at the top of this card, whichever side you choose). Choose wisely, since you cannot change this later. Royal Visit cuts your upgrade costs, and with these regular visitations your kingdom will flourish! The inquisitor, on the other hand, is not a person of frequent visits, but when he does, it sure makes an impact!

VERSION NOTE: A skull icon in the keyword banner means the card is a negative card. This effect targets any negative card in play.
This cards Destroy Effect lets you destroy a negative card in play (red banner). Note that if you use this effect, you cannot also produce with this card. Note also that you cannot use this effect to destroy a permanent card, since permanent cards are not considered "in play", or cards that specifically say they cannot be destroyed. Some negative cards, such as Thunderstorm, comes into play, performs its effect, and is then turned and thus discarded immediately. You cannot target that card with this effect. However, the backside of Thunderstorm has an effect which remains in the play area, and that could be targeted.
If a negative card has an effect which destroys it, and that effect gives other benefits, this effect will not give you those benefits.
